All items are preloved and are quality checked by us. Some have never been worn (brand new with tags), and others are gently worn.

As we are selling clothing on behalf, we are unfortunately unable to refund or exchange anything and so all sales are final. You can resell the item with us.

We are happy to help with any size queries and provide any extra photos/measurements needed prior to purchase.

We understand that a mistake may take place on our part, and if this is the case, we will happily credit you. This is only if we have displayed wrong details of the product online (eg. wrong size).

Yes we have installed a changing room in our HQ in Woodend Christchurch.

Try ons are currently available by request on Thursdays 10 - 3pm - Just send us a message if you are interested.

You can add items to your wishlist so we can have them out and ready for you to try on. We cannot put any items on hold - once they sell online they are unavailable.

Standard New Zealand delivery is $8.50 and rural delivery is $12.50.

If you spend over $100, standard delivery is free and rural is only $8.50.

Yes you can choose to pick up an item at checkout.

You will receive a notifcation from us if you choose this option.

We currently offer pick ups on Thursdays 10 - 3pm. We will confirm a time once purchase is made. Our HQ is based in Woodend, north of Christchurch.

We accept items that are stylish, in great condition, freshly laundered and with no signs of wear and tear. Items that you think someone else will love.

Trendy designer items are accepted and are popular. High street brands are accepted if they are in season and in perfect condition. Shoes (trainers & sandals), bags and jewellery (except earrings) are accepted if they are quality brands and in near new condition.

We pride ourselves on the quality, stylish clothing we sell.

We don't accept Anko, Shein or Mirrou clothing. High street brands such as Cotton on, Just Jeans, Dotti and Glassons are only accepted if they are in near new condition and on trend.

Shoes - We don't accept heels. We only accept sandals and trainers that are in amazing condition.

What you will earn depends on the price of each item sold, please see below the % you will receive (less GST):

40% for items that sell under $99

50% for items that sell over $100

55% for items that sell over $500

60% for items that sell over $1000

65% for items that sell over $2000

Posting - You can post your items to us from anywhere in NZ. We will provide an address once you are ready. The cost is on the seller to post. If you could like anything returned you are charged our current postage fee.

Drop off - Once you have filled in the digital contract we will organise a time for you to drop off your items to the Christchurch HQ in Woodend (20 minutes north of Christchurch). Our drop off days are Thursdays 10 -3pm.

Once your items are loaded to our system we will send your login information. You can check the status of what has sold on there and see your balance. You can request a bank transfer at any time. We process bank transfers to those requested every Friday. This is what the login link looks like Consignor Access
